About Something and Nothing
Post 120:
With nothing, adrift in rolling slumber
There could be a whisper that breaks the fog
With nothing, amidst the endless blunders
It could be a slight that salves it all
Then something, but what’s the tumults cause
A vile thing to bring to bear
Then something, and after moment’s pause
It’s heart that is firm and courage we wear
Poetry. Try it. It’s a great way to embarrass yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you rhyming isn’t cool. See you after.
